About Our Laing PTO
Our PTO is made up of hard-working parents & teachers who pool their talents to provide practical support for our school. The PTO supports our school and impacts every student and teacher. The money raised is used by the school to pay for facility improvement, as well as to help fund our library and media center, STEM program, teacher supplies, teacher appreciation and school wide events.

Coordinated and funded the monthly Teacher Appreciation events

Established a Mini-Grant program for teachers. Mini-grants are meant to provide funds for projects/supplies for which other funding is not available.

Purchased over $3,000 in library books

Pay for the the RISO copy machines (annually)

Catered Back to School Teacher Breakfast

Coordinated the Color Dash Run to fund our STEM program, teacher salary, recess equipment, teacher mini-grants, library materials and transportation for 6th grade student orientation

Purchased Volleyball equipment for a volleyball court on the recess field
