The Laing PTO is hosting the Laing Color Dash Run!

November 6th: Kick-off

November 20th: Color Dash Run

Colorful facts about how the funds raised are used:

• Laing keeps 100% of the money we raise from this fundraiser. 
• This homegrown event is organized by parent volunteers and school staff. We have a fundraising goal of $40,000. 
• All money raised will help to fund Laing Middle School teachers, staff, and students and PTO:  
  • The STEM program
  • Teacher mini-grants
  • After school club support
  • Transportation costs for 6th Grade Orientation
  • Recess Equipment
  • New RISO copier
  • Teacher Appreciation
  • Books & materials for the Media Center
  • PBIS/School Spirit Initiative 

We have a fundraising goal of $40,000.

Each student has a goal of $30 to participate in the Color Run.

Volunteers Needed!

Volunteers are appreciated for the following:

COLOR FILLERS:
We need volunteers to help fill the support bottles with color before the race.

EVENT DAY – THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20:
We need volunteers to help with a variety of tasks, including setting up the course, squirting kids with color, handing out water, and helping with general event organization.

GENERAL HELP:
Additional volunteers are needed to help organize and prepare for the Laing Color Dash. If you can lend a hand before or during the event, we would greatly appreciate your help!
